We report a diagnosis trap of bone tuberculosis of distal femur that simulates an exostosis. It was revealed by pain and swelling. Radiography and CT were in favor of exostosis. The histological study after surgical biopsy revealed caseating giant cell granulomas with epitheloid cells confirming the diagnosis. The outcome was favorable after antituberculous therapy. This study emphasizes the necessary awareness of pseudo-tumor appearance of tuberculosis in endemic area
