Abstract
Le Kyste osseux anévrismal (KOA) est une lésion osseuse bénigne rare, localement destructrice d'origine inconnue. Son diagnostic différentiel peut être difficile car il a des caractéristique pathologiques et radiologiques communs avec d'autres lésions osseuses bénignes et malignes. Le degré de difficulté de diagnostic est plus grand lorsqu'il touche un endroit inhabituel. Nous rapportons un cas rare et difficile d'un grand kyste anévrismal de l'omoplate chez un jeune homme qui a été traitée chirurgicalement.

Aneurysmal bone cyst (KOA) is a rare benign but locally destructive bone lesion of unknown origin. Differential diagnosis can be difficult due to its pathological and radiological characteristics common to other benign and malignant bone lesions. The degree of diagnostic difficulty is greater when it grows in an unusual location. We report a rare and difficult case of a large scapular aneurysmal bone cyst in a young man who was treated surgically.
